THE STRATUSPHERE™ DINK DRINK
- 1 ½ oz. Stratusphere™ Original Gin
- ¾ oz. Honey Syrup*
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish with 3 Watermelon Spheres
Add Stratusphere™ Original Gin, honey syrup and lemon juice to an ice-filled highball glass, then stir. Garnish with three skewered watermelon spheres.
*Combine equal parts honey & water, blend until it is a pourable liquid mixture.
Southside
- 1 ½ oz. Stratusphere™ Original Gin
- 3 oz. Limeade
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Top with Club Soda
Add ingredients (except club soda) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Uncap shaker and add club soda. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish with mint.
Gin & Juice
- 2 oz. Stratusphere™ Original Gin
- 2 oz. OJ
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Add ingredients into an ice-filled double old fashion rocks glass, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish.
Dirty Martini
- 3 oz. Stratusphere™ London Dry Gin
- ½ oz. Gallo Dry Vermouth
- ½ oz Olive Juice
- Green Olives
Add ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir together to combine/chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with green olives on a cocktail pick.
Negroni
- 1 oz. Stratusphere™ London Dry Gin
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz. Select Aperitivo
- Garnish with Orange Peel
Add ingredients into an ice-filled double old fashioned rocks glass, and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish with an orange peel.
